1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Zunnio application and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use Zunnio, you must be at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Description of Service

Zunnio is an AI-powered emotional wellness, self-reflection, habit-building, and personal growth platform. Our Service includes mood tracking, journaling, reflection exercises, wellness activities, breathing exercises, grounding techniques, AI-guided reflections, AI companion features, personalized and educational experiences, progress tracking, premium subscriptions, and future platform enhancements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of Zunnio, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
• Ensuring all registration and profile information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• All activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

We expect our community to engage with Zunnio respectfully. You agree not to upload, submit, store, display, transmit, publish, or otherwise provide content, or use the Service in a manner, that:

• Engages in or promotes illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activities.
• Harass, abuse, defame, threaten, insult, or discriminate against any individual or group.
• Is defamatory, misleading, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
• Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with any individual or organization.
• Infringes or violates copyrights, trademarks, patents, proprietary rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any person or entity.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the Service.
• Distributes software viruses, malware, trojans, spyware, or other harmful or malicious code.
• Attempts unauthorized access to our servers, user accounts, databases, networks, or systems.
• Disrupts, damages, or interferes with the performance and operations of our servers and network infrastructure.
• Violates the rights, safety, or privacy of other individuals.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

A. Indian Content Restrictions

In accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks in India, you agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, or share any information or content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations in India.
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, invasive of another's privacy, insulting, harassing, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, illegal activities, racial or ethnic hatred, discrimination, or harm.
• Threatens the sovereignty, integrity, security, defense, or public order of India, or prevents investigation of any offense.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, proprietary rights, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
• Contains software viruses, malware, or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of computer resources.

7. Pre-Release and Experimental Features

Certain features of Zunnio may be experimental, under development, or offered as pre-release, preview, or experimental features. These features are provided "as is" and "as available," and may contain bugs, inaccuracies, interruptions, errors, or incomplete functionality. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, replace, or remove these features at any time without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and user feedback may be collected to improve these features.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the Zunnio brand, logos, graphics, user interface designs, software code, databases, and general content (excluding User Content), are owned by or licensed to RRG Innovations Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they create. This includes journals, reflections, mood entries, responses, conversations, wellness activity submissions, and similar content. Zunnio does not claim ownership of user-created content, and this license does not transfer ownership of user content to Zunnio.

By submitting your content to Zunnio, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, display, transmit, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, securing, improving, and personalizing the Service. This may include processing and storage by trusted third-party providers acting on Zunnio's behalf, such as cloud infrastructure hosts, AI service providers, database engines, and analytics services.

10. Subscription & Payment Terms

While certain features of Zunnio are currently free, certain features may require paid subscriptions in the future. Payments, billing, renewals, and cancellations for premium tiers will be managed through the respective platform billing systems (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law.

11. Account Deletion and Data Removal

Users may request account deletion at any time. If deletion tools are unavailable within the Service, users may contact support@zunnio.app to request data removal.

Upon a valid deletion request, the account will be deactivated. We will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information from active systems, subject to legal obligations, security requirements, backup retention processes, technical limitations, and fraud prevention needs.

Zunnio may utilize third-party service providers to deliver and support the Service, including:

13. Service Availability & Interruption

We strive to keep Zunnio online and running smoothly, but the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control. We offer no guarantees of continuous availability or uptime, and we will not be liable for any temporary unavailability.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Zunnio makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free functionality of the Service. No warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, is provided regarding AI-generated outputs, recommendations, insights, or reflections.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RRG Innovations Private Limited and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, wellness setbacks, or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.

Furthermore, Zunnio and RRG Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for decisions, actions, outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from your reliance on AI-generated content, including AI-generated reflections, recommendations, summaries, insights, companion interactions, wellness suggestions, and automated outputs. Users remain solely responsible for exercising independent judgment before acting on or relying on any AI-generated outputs.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RRG Innovations Private Limited and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms of Service or your misuse of the Service.

17. Force Majeure

Zunnio shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, outages, failures, or inability to provide services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, internet outages, global infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, governmental actions, regulatory changes, labor disputes, third-party service failures, or utility disruptions.

18. Changes to These Terms

Zunnio may update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the website, application, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and your relationship with Zunnio are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India, where legally permitted.
