Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026

At Zunnio, we believe emotional wellbeing and self-reflection require a strong foundation of trust, transparency, and respect for privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how RRG Innovations Private Limited collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Zunnio, our website, and related services.

Crisis and Emergency Situations

Zunnio is not monitored in real time. Messages, journal entries, and conversational interactions are not continuously reviewed by licensed professionals. Zunnio cannot provide emergency assistance and cannot contact emergency services on behalf of users. The platform should never be relied upon during emergencies.

If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, suicidal thoughts, abuse, violence, immediate danger, or any mental health emergencies, you must contact local emergency services, crisis hotlines, qualified healthcare professionals, or trusted emergency contacts immediately.

Mental Wellness Disclaimer

Zunnio is designed for self-reflection, emotional wellbeing support, habit-building, and personal growth. Zunnio does not provide medical advice, psychological treatment, therapy, diagnosis, or healthcare services. Zunnio is not a healthcare provider, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, counselor, medical device, crisis service, or emergency support platform.

Insights, emotional patterns, wellness recommendations, and outputs from automated or AI-powered features (where used) are informational only. They may not accurately represent a user's actual psychological, emotional, behavioral, or mental state, and should not be interpreted as medical diagnoses, assessments, or professional evaluations.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how RRG Innovations Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares your information when you use Zunnio ("the Product," "the App"), our website (https://zunnio.app), and our related services.

Zunnio may introduce or modify features over time. If a new feature materially changes how personal information is processed, we may update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

2. Information We Collect

To provide Zunnio’s wellbeing experience, we may collect the following types of information:

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account and profile information: Name, email address, profile information, and authentication information when you register for or use Zunnio.
  • Wellness and reflection data: Mood check-ins, reflections, responses to wellbeing activities, reset/calm tool activity (such as breathing or grounding), program progress, and similar inputs you choose to provide.
  • Assessment and questionnaire responses: Responses and results when you complete wellbeing questionnaires or assessments available in the app.
  • Journal and reflection content: Journal entries, guided prompts, and other reflection content you create.
  • Support and contact information: Information you submit when contacting support or sending a message through our website.
  • Organization demo and enquiry information: Information you submit when requesting an organization demo or related workplace enquiry (such as name, work email, company details, and optional message).
  • Career application information: Information you submit when applying for a role through our website (such as name, email, phone, city, optional links, questionnaire answers, and a CV file).

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and app information: Information about the mobile device, computer, or browser you use to access the Service, such as operating system, app or browser version, and related technical details needed to operate and secure the Service.
  • Usage and performance data: Details about how you interact with Zunnio (for example, features used, session activity, navigation paths, and progress indicators), product analytics, crash or error reports where applicable, and general performance statistics.
  • Website analytics and approximate location: On our website, we may collect page views, device/browser type, referrer, and approximate location derived from IP address (for example via a geo-IP lookup service). We may store a hashed representation of an IP address for analytics rather than retaining the raw IP where feasible.

C. Assessment Data

Where you complete wellbeing questionnaires or assessments, we may process your responses and results to provide the assessment experience, display your results, support self-reflection, and provide relevant in-app guidance where applicable.

These questionnaires are intended for self-understanding and wellbeing reflection and are not a diagnosis or a substitute for professional care.

  • Account management: Establishing, securing, and maintaining your user account.

4. AI Features and Limitations

AI Features and Limitations

Certain Zunnio features may use automated or AI-powered processing to provide responses, reflections, recommendations, summaries, or other personalized experiences.

When you use an AI-powered feature, information you submit to that feature may be processed by the systems and service providers required to generate the requested output.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Users should exercise independent judgment and should not rely on AI-generated content for emergency, medical, or professional decisions. Zunnio does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or usefulness of AI outputs.

Where an AI-powered feature is used, user inputs submitted to that feature may be transmitted to third-party AI service providers solely as needed to generate the requested output, subject to applicable agreements, security measures, and operational safeguards. Not all Zunnio data is sent to AI providers.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Zunnio does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We may share information with trusted service providers solely to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and support the Service.

Service providers may process information on our behalf to provide hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, payments, AI functionality, support, security, or other services necessary to operate Zunnio. Categories may include:

  • Authentication providers
  • Cloud infrastructure providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Crash or error reporting providers where applicable
  • AI service providers where applicable
  • Payment processors where applicable
  • Customer support and communications providers

We may also disclose your information when required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or valid legal process. Additionally, information may be transferred to a third party in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, financing transaction, or sale of business assets.

Service providers are expected to use your information only for authorized purposes and are bound by appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

6. Organization and Workplace Use

If you use Zunnio through an organization or workplace program, the organization may receive aggregated information intended to help it understand participation or broader wellbeing trends.

Zunnio’s organization offering is designed around aggregated information rather than providing organization administrators with individual personal wellbeing records.

Individual reflections, journal entries, and personal responses are not presented to organization administrators as individual wellbeing reports unless a specific feature, agreement, or applicable notice expressly states otherwise. Additional organization terms or notices may apply to workplace programs.

7. International Data Transfers

Zunnio may use service providers located in different countries. As a result, your information may be transferred to, processed, or stored outside your country of residence. Please note that data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those of your home country. We implement reasonable administrative, contractual, and technical safeguards designed to protect information during international transfers.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Zunnio website and web services may use cookies, analytics technologies, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies. These tools help us:

  • Remember your settings and preferences.
  • Improve performance, page load times, and overall website stability.
  • Analyze how users navigate our site to identify areas for optimization.
  • Enhance and personalize your user experience.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time, although doing so may affect the availability or functionality of certain features of the website.

A. Website tools used on zunnio.app

Depending on configuration, our marketing website may use the following categories of tools:

  • Hosting and performance: Website hosting and performance measurement tools (including Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights where enabled).
  • Product analytics: PostHog for website analytics events and, where enabled, session replay.
  • Behavior analytics: Microsoft Clarity for website analytics and, where enabled, session recording.
  • Form storage and communications: Supabase for storing certain website form submissions, and Brevo for transactional or operational email related to those submissions.
  • Fonts: Web fonts loaded from Google Fonts to display site typography.

B. Session replay / session recording

Where session replay or session recording is enabled (for example via PostHog and/or Microsoft Clarity), these tools may record interactions with our website such as clicks, scrolls, navigation paths, and page structure to help us understand usability and diagnose issues.

We configure these tools with privacy controls intended to mask or block user-entered form field values in recordings (for example contact, organization demo, and career application fields). Masking reduces the chance that typed form contents appear in recordings, but no technical control is perfect. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive information through website forms unless necessary.

Session replay is separate from intentional analytics events (such as page views or form submit events), which may still be collected as described in this Policy.

9. Data Security

We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, can be guaranteed completely secure. We strive to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should take reasonable precautions to protect their devices and accounts from unauthorized access.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain the account, meet applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, and for other legitimate operational purposes.

Deletion from active systems may still be subject to legal obligations, security requirements, backup retention processes, technical limitations, and fraud prevention needs. We do not promise immediate permanent deletion from every backup or archival system.

11. User Rights

Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Request deletion of personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities where permitted by law.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@zunnio.app.

12. Indian Regulatory Considerations

Zunnio seeks to handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. For users in India, this includes applicable requirements under Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as and when applicable to the relevant processing activities.

Users may contact Zunnio regarding privacy concerns, data requests, grievances, corrections, deletion requests, or consent-related matters. You may have rights to access, correct, update, and request deletion of your personal information subject to applicable laws.

Users may contact the Grievance Redressal Officer regarding privacy concerns, personal data requests, data correction requests, data deletion requests, consent withdrawal requests, complaints and grievances, or questions relating to the processing of personal information.

B. Consent and Processing

Zunnio processes personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable law. Where consent is required for a particular processing activity, we will seek consent in the manner required by applicable law. Where processing is necessary to provide the Service or is otherwise permitted by law, it may be carried out on that basis.

Where applicable, you may withdraw consent by using available account controls or contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and may affect our ability to provide certain features or services.

13. Account Deletion and Data Removal

Users may request account deletion at any time using the in-app settings or account tools where available. If deletion controls are unavailable, you can request removal by contacting us at support@zunnio.app.

Upon a valid deletion request, the account will be deactivated and we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize personal information from active systems, subject to legal obligations, security requirements, backup retention processes, technical limitations, and fraud prevention needs.

14. User Content Rights

Users retain ownership of content they create. This includes journals, reflections, mood entries, questionnaire responses, conversations, and similar content.

By submitting your content to Zunnio, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and transmit this content solely as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and personalize the Service—including rendering your content history and generating requested outputs from automated or AI-powered features where applicable. This license does not grant Zunnio rights to sell or commercially license your journals or reflections. Zunnio does not claim ownership of user-created content.

15. Children’s Privacy

Zunnio is intended only for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use Zunnio. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor under 18 years of age, we will take steps to delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe we might have any information from or about a minor under 18, please contact us at support@zunnio.app.

16. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our features, service architecture, or legal requirements.
